Eunice Stella Nyarko (Ph.D.) is a Lecturer at the Department of Built Environment at the School of Sustainable Development. She is a Development and Project Finance Analyst who utilizes various financial techniques to analyze data, recommend tools, systems, and measures to drive sustainable performance in organizations and community projects. She is dedicated to driving impactful financial approaches for sustainable development initiatives and committed to deploying financial expertise to contribute to positive socio-economic change. In addition, she is interested in overseeing the financial aspects of diverse projects and applies optimizing project financing strategies; risk analysis; budget management; cash flow analysis to achieve successful execution of projects. She appreciates multi-disciplinary research and focuses her research in the areas of corporate governance, financial inclusion, financial literacy, inclusive growth, poverty, inequality, environmental justice, air quality and sustainable development. She has published papers in peer-reviewed journals in these areas. She has considerable years of teaching in tertiary institutions at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Currently, her on-going research focuses on how to integrate environmental sustainability into every facet of projects in order to achieve the sustainable development goals.
