Welcome to HR Division


The Human Resource Division is under the Registrar’s Office. The Division envisions developing world-class human resource to propel their capabilities in meeting the mandate of the University as established by law.

Vision: To provide services in HR for efficient service delivery and employee development.

Mission: To emphasize strategic and progressive practices in the delivery of human resource services.

Objective: To employ and train the needed Human Resource for the University to achieve its mandate.

Principles: Teamwork, Respect, Integrity, Commitment, and Empowerment (TRICE).


  1. Custody of employee records;
  2. Salary Administration, Pension Schemes, Compensation and Benefits;
  3. Provision of support on university sponsored health, welfare, and retirement benefit plans;
  4. To work on Leave matters (i.e. Leave of Absence, Annual, Casual, Sick, Maternity, Sabbatical, Study, etc.)
  5. Monitoring of staff attendance
  6. To assist with effective conflict management;
  7. Handle Union matters;
  8. Handle Conditions of Service matters;
  9. Labour Law and compliance.
