Ohene holds a Master of Arts degree in Development Management as well as a Diploma in Financial Management. His research interest include Project Management, Stakeholder Analysis, Globalisation, Development Finance and Research Administration.
Mr Tuffour is well-versed in social safeguards issues; research, data analysis and has a strong knowledge of conflict management and resolution having worked with Rujo Agritrade Limited. He has experience and skills in conducting of training, development of training resources and project management. His work and engagements in social work has equipped him to adapt to any individual or group as well as diverse social setting including culturally and ethically sensitive settings with minimal or no difficulty.
Ohene has significant experience in project management and monitoring/evaluation from his work with a number of rural banks around the country which involved developing training manuals and proposed interventions that assisted staff and management increase productivity in the medium to long term. As a self-initiated project, he developed and implemented a project that aimed to educate and introduce street hawkers to financial literacy, savings and other FINTECH products. The outcomes included participating hawkers being assisted with bank account opening and initiating daily savings with their respective banks.
Ohene enjoys playing the piano, writing and trying out new technology.
