Baffour is a corporate communications expert and holds B.A. Sociology (with Philosophy) from the University of Ghana and an M.A. in Communication Studies from the London Metropolitan University with interests in Integrated Communication and Political Communication. He has extensive professional and academic experience internationally and in Ghana, in both corporate practice and consulting.

Baffour is an Accredited Member of the Institute of Public Relations (IPR), Ghana where he emerged as the overall best candidate in both the Associate and Accredited levels of the Institutes esteemed professional examinations and accreditation programme. He also been admitted as a member of the prestigious Chartered Institute of Public Relations, UK

Baffour’s recent interests have included stakeholder management, participatory communication, information management, and leadership skills. He completely believes in the transformational capabilities of strategic communication and administrative excellence.

A Kumasi- born Methodist, Baffour is a married father and loves reading and choral music
