Abena Akoto Dampare as stated is her name, She is the second of three children who has lived all her life in Accra. Started her education at Christian Home School then through to Mount Olivet Methodist School then completed at Greenhill International School in the Greater Accra Region. She later on went to Ghanata Senior High School for her Secondary Level from there pursued Higher National Diploma Hospitality Management at Accra Technical University from 2016-2018. She then had her National Service at the Council for Technical and Vocational Education and Training for one year and was then given an extension of another year due to her hardwork and diligence to work. She has a strong passion for cooking and does that freely and easily anytime she gets the time. She is currently an Administrative Assistant at this premium University.
