Samuel Obeng-Osei served as the Assistant Registrar in charge of General Administration, overseeing the Registry, Hospitality, and Archives and Records Units. He currently serves as the Assistant Registrar and Head of the Student Affairs Unit at the University of Environment and Sustainable Development (UESD).
Samuel holds a Bachelor of Art Degree in Social Science and MBA in Total Quality Management from the University of Cape Coast and University of Professional Studies respectively. He is also chartered Administrator and a member of Chartered Institute of Administrators and Management Consultant. He has participated in several training
programs in Human resource management, Financial management and Service Quality.
Samuel has worked with several Institution including PWC (Receivership, Microfinance Companies and fund managers), Erstwhile UT Bank, Exzeed Contact Centre, Vodafone Ghana, University of Cape Coast Continuous and Distance Education, Ghana

He was the Officer In-charge of the Customer Experience Unit under the Services Quality department of Ex-UT Bank for four years (4). He led a team to establish a 24-hour Contact Centre for the bank in 2016.
He has over eighteen (18) years’ Administrative and service Quality operations working experience. Samuel enjoys football. He is married with three kids.
